My Yummy Cake: Cancellation and Refund Policy

At “My Yummy Cake” we take pride in our baked goods as we use quality products, ingredients to bake the Cake. We can guarantee you that you will be wondering why we have not order earlier from the cake shop near me / bakery shop near me which is “My Yummy Cake”.

Any Cancellation to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. As we know all Cakes are customized as per the customers requirement and are perishable in nature, refund on any cancellation is not possible on the same day of actual delivery. Refund charges of 5% shall be applicable to recover the transaction cost, etc.

Cancellation of Order shall be mailed by the customer at wecare@myyummycake.com with the Subject: “Cancellation Request” and specifying in the mail:

• Order ID
• Reasons for Cancellation

My Yummy Cake will issue a refund to the same card/account/medium through which you have made the payment in case of cancellation.

All refunds shall be made within the period of 3-4 working days from the date of cancellation.

It is entirely up to My Yummy Cake discretion, to change, cancel, refund or otherwise offer any other option to the customer.
